  • ust figure out how much of your time they waste and compare it to how much income they generate for you. Don’t forget to factor in the emotional stress that long-term problem clients can cause.
  • I got the idea of pruning back problem customers from reading Tim Ferris' book the 4-hour Work Week.

    The emotional stress and costs per revenue are indeed the determining factors in whether a customer stays or goes. Hard to put a dollar figure on the stress, but it's an important consideration.
